Use the File Management option in IFs to save and delete run files (.run). From the Main Menu choose Scenario Analysis then File Management. Three options appear: Open run file as a working file, Save working file as..., and Delete run file.
To open a run file as a scenario file, so that its interventions can be adjusted and rerun hover over Open run file as a working file, and click the desired run file to open.
To save the most recent run of the model click Save working file as... This should be the first step after
