Summary
The Road Costs Knowledge System (ROCKS) provides an international knowledge system on road work unit cost for road preservation and development activities. It is an institutional memory (database) that collects historical data on road work costs per kilometer or per M² that could ultimately improve the reliability of new cost estimates and mitigate the risk generated by cost overruns.
