Interface Updates
- Fix comparison of scenarios in Pyramids.
- Fix Pyramids when changing scnearios.
- Fix on Cross-Sectional using tables with lots of years, like PolityCombined.
- Using exe instead of dll, and stop the flickering in Run form.
