* Added seed value to TotalAnimalProd, which helps create AGP(Meat) and other variables, and it was producing problems for Seychelles when rebasing to 1995.
* Added calculation of LABWAGES(R%, S%, Total), it was missing we only had Unskilled and Skilled.
* Avoid initialize HLSTUNT with 0, like Australia. Using HLSTUNTCHL*1.5
* Added cap on incoming foreign born population. Limits the incoming foreign born population to 90% of total population of the country.
* Changed the limit applied on outward migrants: previously it was applied to countries with total outward migrants greater than 10% of working age population. Changed the limit to be applied only on native outward migrants i.e., limit is applied to the countries with native outward migrants greater than 10% of working age population.
* Added limit to incoming foreign born migrants. Limits incoming foreign born migrants to 10% of working age population of the country.
* Bilateral flows are initialized in the first forecast year using the last 10-year averaged values.

*Implemented new Bilateral Formulas Functionalities:
*There are two main cases that we are concerned with here:
*# Dyadic Flow as Share of Partner's GDP
*# Dyadic Flow as Share of Partner's Total Dyadic Flow The first issue is that currently we have no way to identify the partner/dimension 2 country as the country of interest in a computation. The second issue is that we currently don't have a way to dynamically calculate a sum of a dyadic flow for either the partner (relevant) or actor (not relevant now, but could be helpful to have). For the first case, we'd like to do the following steps for the simplest possible version:
*# (Currently doable) Identify the formula "A/B*100"
*# (Currently doable) Select dyadic flow from country Actor to country Partner as A
*# Select the GDP of the partner country as B For a more complicated and concrete example, consider Brazil's trade to France. We are interested in how important trade from Brazil is to France's economy.

*# Select two variables corresponding to step 2 in the prior example.
*## Select "XBILAT-Total, Brazil, France" for Exports as A

*Bilateral outflows are reconciled to the monadic outflows, reconciled bilateral outflows are mirrored to get bilateral inflows, bilateral inflows are summed to get monadic inflows.
*Introduced new monadic outward migration model with demographic, economic and conflict-based drivers.
*Monadic outward migration is historically chained to an averaged value of last 10 years of historical data, rather than a single base year, and used to guide all forecast years.
*Bilateral migration is estimated using gravity-based model with economic, demographic, distance, migrant stocks, and conflict-related drivers.
*Year-to-year bilateral migration growth is capped at 1.25 to limit large increases.
*Added two new conflict-related variables - SFCIVILWARPARDEE and SFCIVILWARPOPIMP.
*SFCIVILWARPARDEE is calculated using drivers: Infant mortality, Exports and Imports, Polyarchy.
*SFCIVILWARPOPIMP is the percent of population impacted calculated using linear regression with GOVEFFECT, Civil war probability, Population and Deaths of women and children from violence.

This helps solve a problem where we were seeing reductions in Gross Production of other sectors by this intervention alone, caused by reducing the relative weight of other sectors relative to the new total, specifically for Iraq.
