* When bilateral list was selected and Dimension1, Dimension2 shows Groups or Countries/Groups, Dimension2 was not being updated when we check/uncheck Hide Noncore Groups box. This caused dimension 2 to sometimes remain in core groups when dimension 1 showed all groups. THIS IS A JAVASCRIPT FIX THAT WILL PROBABLY NEED CLEARING THE CACHE.
* Fix in SAM units for Intersectoral Cell (1, 1), Show Over Time.
* Added ability to split countries into provinces using bilateral files, only tested with no specific data, we need to create ifsHistSeriesDyadUnited States of America.db for complete testing.
