Interface Updates
- Fixed misspelling of Scenario.
- Added Y Axis min and max.
- Added option to select where first data series start when doing import.
- Fix for Lorenz Curve, it was only plotting a maximum of 2 graphs.

- Run to Run fix, related to HLYLDWORK
- Added Cap to COOKSTOVES
- Fix on transient for GDPR in 2090, and adding 0.9% to POPR to estimate labor growth in first year for Low Income Countries.
