Fixes to comparing countries and scenarios in Education Pyramid, for Labor graphs.
Fix for selecting Africa with other groups in Flex Displays.
Context Menu for Exporting in Graphs has been hiden, since it no longer works, trying to use option in highcharts server.
Using Nulls as 0 was supposed to work only if one of the terms is not null, but were not fully considering empty values, for example turning on the option for ENDEM(Afghanistan).

Fixes for oscilations in Economic Growth, related to trade.
Added parameter migminpoplimit to limit MIGRATIONOUT in countries with low population.
