WasteWaterTreat%	Percent of population connected to wastewater treatment	Wastewater treatment is all treatment of wastewater in wastewater treatment plants. Wastewater treatment plants are usually operated by public authorities or by private companies working by order of public authorities. They correspond to urban wastewater treatment  plants and other wastewater treatment plants. Independent wastewater treatment facilities are not included in this definition of wastewater treatment plants.
