The internet measurements made with Speedtest occur at the times and in the places that are most relevant to the person taking the test. Each time a test is initiated, a snapshot of what the internet looks like in that place and time is recorded. When aggregated together, these individual experiences represent the typical internet performance for a given location.

Data taken in August
Data Pulling Instructions
- Navigate to https://www.speedtest.net/global-index#mobile
- You will take data from both the Mobile and Broadband tabs.
- Either manually or webscrape the data
Data Notes
- There is no way to get an aggregated year value for each country and year. Therefore, in the DataDict specify which month you took the data in. You can easily discern this from the Last IF Updates column.
