- Fixes to descriptions and units of GDPPC, GDPPCP, GDPPCPMF, hdigdppcmax, hdigdppcminun still using $2011, should now be $2017.
Model Updates
- Changing Labor Employment by sector for Uganda and DRC during initialization.
- Change on Capital for Energy for South Sudan.
- Reduce Economic Growth for Low Income Countries: we had some duplication and over-representations of economic convergence for LIs.
- Added dyadaidexoadd, and include it for Monadic AID
