- Change AIDREC to AIDRECEIPT in Influence logic. Fixing issue where USA-Angola Aid%Aid went above 100%. Remove services from trade%trade.

- Updated MILEXPSTOCK series. The change here is to remove zero values so that the hole-filling works to prevent the error.
