Fix Unloading Project Data
Fix Loading Project Data, it was always loading the first file.
Fix on SDG form, continue out wasn’t working when entering via context Main Menu map.
Fix on Data Information, giving problems with GiniExtended from Longitudinal.

Forcing Run to use English-US culture, to avoid error when processing scenario files in Operating Systems that use the “,” as decimal separator, like the case of South Africa.
Fixes for New Education Pre-processor, but still some issues left.
