Interface Updates

Fixes to font size in axes for Stacked Bar, Lorenz Curve, Longitudinal, Histogram and SDG Graph.
Default Meso Categories have been added to the screen to create new Variable Lists.
Added new Human Development, General, formulas for Clustering Development to Flex Displays.

Model Updates

Fix for Bilateral Trade, the adjusment to match monadic trade was producing Infinite numbers by dividing by small number (to the power -44), now we check that values are at least 0.001, and not enough to be > 0. This was producing jumps in DEPENDENCE and INFLUENCE.
