Fixing Trillion Dollar problem in Table to Graph interaction from Self-Managed.
Fix for using all available History, it wasn'g painting blue values for AGP(North Korea, Fish)
Fix duplication of INCOMELT300LN, INCOMELT420LN and INCOMELT830 in Flex Displays.

Model Updates

Fix function for Poverty line: GDP/Capita (PPP 2021) Versus People Living Below National Pov Line (2022) Log, it was using the wrong dependent variable.
Renamed INCOMELT300LN to POVEXTREME, INCOMELT420LN to POVMIDLOW and INCOMELT830LN to POVMIDHIGH.
Renamed HDI to HDIPRE2010 and HDINEW to HDI.

Data Updates

Changes to ifs.dat to make it match with a 2022 base year.
