Socio-Political preprocessor

There are 252 series with "SocioPolitical" (or some variation) in the group column of the DataDict. 17 of these series are used in the preprocessor. But there are many other series with "Governance" or "Government" as the group name in DataDict, which are actually read into the Socio-Political preprocessor.

These should probably be categorized as "SocioPolitical".

The data come from many international organizations: Worldwide Governance Indicators, Transparency International, Freedom House, Fraser International, etc.
