Bug fixes/updates since 7.36 (internal version of IFs)
- Changes in educational attainment model
- Updated regression for estimating tertiary graduation rate - rises more slowly in many countries
- Fixed bugs associated with sub-regionalizing countries
- Sub-regional files for Brazil included
- Updated informal labor variable (LABINFORMALSHR) initialization to take ILO/WEIGO data first, then World Bank data to fill holes
- 7.37 includes scenario files for current UNDP projects
- Calculation of the homicide index (HOMICIDEINDEX) now on the basis of total number of deaths as opposed to the death rate. This fixes the problem of the index value looking inflated for Honduras
- Display issues: bug in the way population variables are displayed in the flexible display was fixed, radial graph bug fixed, development priorities display fixed
