Interface Updates

• Increased maximum value to be used for ifsexomodelid from 1,000 to 10,000 using the tree.

• Fix to Create new Analytical Functions with new Constant Year Dollars, the procedure was not converting GDPPC values to Thousands, this was causing a new function in Informal GDP Share to produce extreme results.
