You can download IFs Version 8.53 at IFs 8.53.

Flex Displays: History plus Forecast is on by Default, Hide Non-Core Groups is also on by default.
Fixes for Export using HIstory plus Forecast.

Fix for XBILAT, Bilateral Total Exports, it had lost all values after the base year in version 8.51.
Changes to Application of Elasticities on Tariffs
Fix the units of Bilateral Migration, it was wrong in Flex Displays
