- Adding switch and code to allow for exact matching of GDP and GDPPCP in exogenous scenarios. Requires a run with exogenous GDPPCP and saving GDPRs as gdprext parameters for use in actual sces.
- Added Idle Labor variable and parameter to control it (LABSIDLE, labempidleper).
