Interface Updates
- Updated the Add Provinces Project to make it work for the US in .NET version.
- Fix to Poverty Display, problem when loading 1 and then 2 scenarios.
- Updated Import Population Data to use Country Translation Long table and stop using Mali for Sahrawi data.
- Fix to Growth Accounting Form, "SUM of MFP Components for Validation"
- Fix to Growth Accounting Form, "Adjust to Actual Growth"
Model Updates
- Added minium limit to MALNPOPP (Bahrain was going negative).
- Fix calculation of POPMEDAGE, it was off by 1, NIgeria should be 17.57 and not 18.57 in 2022.
- Fix to migration when using extreme scenarios.
- Implemented minimum initialization for FEDDEM, when data shows less than 1.05 Million Tons, using a function of Live Herd.
- Implemented check to limit INITFLOWS (Total, Ag) not to go beyond 95% of ZS(Ag) to leave enough room for VADD(Ag).
