Model Updates
- Fix in Poverty Gap and Poverty Line transient, introduced by the creation of the new poverty thresholds for 2017 US$.
- Fix on Age of Marriage multipliers, code was overwriting multiplier effect, a problem in transmission of changes.
- Copying ifsHistSeries.mdb from DATA to RUNFILES after running Adjusted Most Recent procedure, also included in the Guided Base Year change.
- Changing limit for remittances, which was affecting the 1995 base year initialization.
- Change in CLPC initialization using CLPCV, CLPCMDER and MALNPOP, empty values were not being detected and it was a problem for the 1995 base year initialization.
