Fix in Poverty Gap and Poverty Line transient, introduced by the creation of the new poverty thresholds for 2017 US$.
Fix on Age of Marriage multipliers, code was overwriting multiplier effect, a problem in transmission of changes.
Copying ifsHistSeries.mdb from DATA to RUNFILES after running Adjusted Most Recent procedure, also included in the Guided Base Year change.
Changing limit for remittances, which was affecting the 1995 base year initialization.
Change in CLPC initialization using CLPCV, CLPCMDER and MALNPOP, empty values were not being detected and it was a problem for the 1995 base year initialization.
