Fix to Create new Analytical Functions with new Constant Year Dollars, the procedure was not converting GDPPC values to Thousands, this was causing a new function in Informal GDP Share to produce extreme results.

Fix on Mortality Pyramid, if you click Main Menu, South Afrcia, and then select another country like Belguim, it was not changing.
