Fix to calculate the starting year value correctly where only forecasted values are available, when the "Use all available history data" is turned on.
Increased font size for labels in Pyramids.
In graphical display, base-year vertical line now appears by default when the start year in graph is less than the base year.

Added new variable to display intersectoral flows in Flex Displays: INTSFLOWS.
Fixed problem with rebasing to 1995 in function estimateHistory.
We have changed the adjustments made to the Agriculture (and Energy) Column in the SAM, were previosly any change introduced into Gross Production by changing ylm (or enmpm) was being proportionally distributed to All the sectors in the Intersectoral Flows, but now we are NOT passing that change to the Sectors, so all of it goes to VADD, as if it was purely comming from an improvement in technology. This helps solve a problem where we were seeing reductions in Gross Production of other sectors by this intervention alone, caused by reducing the relative weight of other sectors relative to the new total, specifically for Iraq. Also added parameters outputagprotect and outputenprotect, when using a multiplier on Yield or Energy Production, and this parameter is 0 (default) the sectoral flows are protected and 0 effect is transfered to it, but if it is 1, the full effect is passed to the sectoral flows, values between 0 and 1 can also be used for proportional effect.
Added Monadic Leader Travel (LDRTRIP, LDRTRIPOUT, ldrtripm).
