  • Fix for Migration, adding limit to avoid countries like Ukraine to get their Population depleted (under 2M, when it starts around 40M, it now only goes down to 7M).
  • Changed initialization table for PRDSEC.
  • Added limit to impact on Ag Imports from Tariffs, new parameter mtarifftaxrgl, with default value of 5 (Percentage).
  • Fix initiatlization transient in Bilateral AID
