Interface Updates

Added filter to Country Profile so that load is more efficient and less memory intensive.

We added a new option to export Graphs from Flex Displays, Line Graphs, Bars, Pies, Stacked Area, Radials and Stacked Bars. Also included in Longitudinal and Cross-Sectional.

Allowing Search Function to go back 30 years (it used to go back 25 years only), this is needed for rebasing to 2021 and finding 1995 functions.
