Interface Updates

Fix for Dyads that don't exist in data for History part, for example Afghanistan vs Afghanistan or Afghanistan vs Kiribati.
Fix for changing aggregation rule if you don't have a Historic Analog value, like in the case of hlstuntchlm.

Model Updates

Fix problem with non-standard aggregations like POP0TO5, which affected parameters like hlstuntchlm when using groups.
