NITI Aayog
The National Insitution of Transforming India (NITI) Aayog, is a recent incarnation of the Planning Commission of India. The focus of NITI Aayog's work is transforming India's states into "stronger" states and monitoring progress in the Sustainable Development Goals. This resource has state-level data regarding the economy, government finance, demography, health, households, and education. In addition to this data, there are departments within NITI Aayong that produce their own sector-specific data. The most noteworthy is the India Energy initiative which has energy data for states and its own forecasting model that runs through 2047.
